I enjoyed this fairy tale, but do have one note about the kindle edition.
Who thought printing John Donne's "Go and Catch a Falling Star"

would be effective or even readable on a kindle? It isn't. It took forever to keep clicking past, as well. (I know the poem quite well, so that was an option, though a tedious one.)
Anyway, once you get to it, the story is charming.
